1. A one-year warranty on the equipment (excluding consumables) after formal delivery and use;
2. Response to user service requests within 0.5 hours of receipt:
3. Under normal circumstances, repair personnel will resolve issues or be on-site within 48 hours;
4. In emergency situations, repair personnel will arrive on-site within 24 hours;
5. Project follow-up visits, training, and maintenance guidance will be conducted every three months;
6. Free technical training services will be provided within three years;
After-Sales Service Commitment Beyond Warranty Period:
1. Under normal circumstances, repair personnel will arrive on-site to resolve issues within 24 hours;
