The electric fryer is applicable to the cooking and processing of meat,fish,pasta,vegetables and other products of certain specifications.It is designed and manufactured according to the principle of thermody namics and various requirements for food.It can fry products of different specifications.
◎ The pointed top upper cover is designed with side smoke exhaust structure andis equipped with condensate outlet device to prevent condensate on the cover from dripping into the tank;
◎ A new type of submerged circulating pump is adopted,and the circulating pump motor is an international well-known brand;
◎ The bottom of the frying tank adopts the whole process automatic slag removal device,which can remove the oil slag at the bottom of the oil tank and effectively prolong the service life of the frying oil;
◎ The conveying system adopts the upper and lower double-layer mesh belt structure design,and the driving motor adopts international well-known brands;
◎ Teflon(Teflon)non adhesive tape is used at the inlet of the fryer to avoid product adhesion;
◎ The automatic liquidlevel control system can realize high and low oil level alarm,which is safe and reliable;
PLC automaticcontrol system is adopted,and the temperature control accuracy is±12Automatic adjustment of heating power.
