In addition to the advantages of electric heating fryer,the thermal oilheating fryer also has the following advantages:
◎ High heating power and high production capacity.For fryers ofthe same specification,the power of heattransfer oil heating fryer is twice that of electric heating fryer;
◎ The operation cost is low,and the heating method of heat transfer oil per ton of product saves nearly 100yuan compared with electric heating；
◎ Good product quality.Due to the high heating power,rapid temperature supplement can be realized in the operation of the equipment,which greatly improves the product quality;
◎ The rancidity rate of frying oil is slow,and the surface temperature of heat transfer oil heater is lower than that of electric heater,which can slowdown therancidity rate of frying oil and prolong its service life;
◎ Due to the low surface temperature of the heat transfer oil heater,the carbonization speed of the heater to grease and oil residue is slow,the carbon deposition of the equipment is light and easy to clean.
