Double helix steaming and baking has reasonable structure,convenient operation and continuous production.It is mostly used for steaming and barbecue meat food in large food processing plants.
◎ The equipment adopts double tower screw conveying mechanism and intelligent synchronous control,which greatly improves the conveying and processing capacity；
◎ Dual zone temperature controt;Each section is equipped with independent temperature control system and hot air circulation system.The temperature can be adjusted separately to meet different process requirements;
◎ Intelligent control,free setting and storage of steaming and baking temperature,time,humidity,airvolume and other process parameters;
◎ Horizontal andvertical double circulation hot air flow design principle to ensure the uniformity of temperature and humidity；
◎ The automaticcleaning device controlled by program can shorten the cleaning time and improve the production efficiency.
