Tunnel cleaning machine is mainly used in slaughtering,meat,poultry and other food processing plants or food logistics centers and distribution centers.It is suitable for the cleaning and disinfection of various baskets,trays,cutting boards, boxes and other instruments.
◎ The whole machine is divided into prewashing area,main washing area and rinsing area.Swing stainless steel nozzle is adopted for 360°no dead angle cleaning；
◎ Inclined stainless steel water tank is equipped with upper and lower drawer multi-stagefiltration system,which can effectively filter cleaning water;
◎ Stainless steel fixed swirling core nozzle is adopted,with uniform atomization,reasonable waterway design,recycling,water saving and high efficiency;
◎ It is equipped with water level control system,steam heating system and temperature control system;
◎ The conveyor adopts frequency convesion speed regulation to meet different cleaning needs.
