◎ In the rolling cage propulsion system,the chicken carcassis transported forwardin the rolling cage to avoid the contact between the chicken carcass and the vegetarian residue at the bottom ofthe pool,resulting in secondary pollution；
◎ Improve the cleanliness of chicken carcass when entering the pre cooler,reduce the pollution of pre cooling water,reduce the timesofwater replacement,and savewater and energy.
