Clean,disinfect and cool the chicken carcass surface and cavity (the central temperature of the exported chicken body is lower than 4℃.
◎ The water capacity of the equipment is large,which can make the chicken carcassfully contact with the pre cooling water and increase the pre cooling effect;
◎ The air blowing system drives the chicken carcass torollfully in the pre cooledwater tensure that there is ndead corner contact between the inside and outside of the chicken carcass and the water,and ensure the cleaning of the inside and outside of the chicken carcass while reducing the temperature of the chicken carcass;
◎ Shorten the total length of precooling line and reduce the floor area of precooling line;
◎ The pre cooler in the cleaning section is equipped with an oil bleaching system,which automatically floats out of the water tfloat grease,improves the cleanliness of the pre cooling water,reduces the number of water changes and reduces thewaste of water resources.
