1. Mechanical related major, good communication skills, familiar with mechanical principles and structures, able to proficiently use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot faults, and have practical experience in equipment maintenance and debugging.
2. Strong customer service awareness, able to respond to customer needs in a timely manner, solve customer problems, and collaborate with R&D, production, and other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
3. Able to adapt to frequent business trips to meet after-sales needs of customers in various locations.
